Criminal Law
Our experienced team deals with all aspects of criminal law, providing expert advice and representation at Police Stations, Magistrates’ and Crown Courts. If you have been arrested, we have a 24-hour emergency police station service for immediate telephone advice and/or attendance at a police station regardless of the nature or seriousness of your case.
Our approach is constructive and clear-cut. We will listen to you and then tell you where you stand, explaining your rights and obligations in clear and unequivocal manner. We will put in plain language why we propose a particular course of action and the risks that might be involved. If you plead ‘not guilty’, we will take your full instructions in order to prepare your case for trial. A number of our solicitors have higher court advocacy rights and we can therefore provide a complete in-house service from the police station right through to the Crown Court.
We undertake private and community funded (legal aid) criminal work. No matter with what offence you are charged, we will provide the same high level of awareness, professionalism and independence of advice.
